Career change

I had the opportunity to work with Helen at a key juncture in my career, transitioning out of an industry that I had worked in for over 15 years. This presented many challenges, to be able to let go of the old and envisage the new, as well as building the confidence to make this change.

Helen worked with me to articulate what the end goal was and to break down all of the obstacles, both real or imagined, that were holding me back from moving on. She was excellent in helping me to identify how I wanted to shape my career for the future, drawing out which aspects gave me fulfilment that I could continue to expand on. Most importantly she helped me curate the change that I wished to bring about in a positive way to be able to move on with pride for what had been achieved, but a sense of excitement for what is to come.

Helen gave me resources that I will be able to continuously cycle back to in order to ensure that I am keeping on track with my goals and I am grateful for the solid feedback, accountability, new creative ideas she provided which was always layered with positive support and encouragement.
