An example theme: work/life balance
Are you chasing that elusive work/life balance? Feeling that you are spending your life in service of everyone but not really enough for anyone? Constantly feeling guilty and forgotten the last time you created time for yourself and lived in that moment?

With a work/life balance focus, we will look at various elements including:
-
What boundaries you currently have in place and how you are managing them.
-
The expectations and standards you are setting for yourself and drivers of those.
-
The assumptions you are making about the needs and opinions of those around you personally and professionally.
-
The levers and support network you can use and how effectively you are managing them now.
-
Your character strengths and preferences – and how could these be helping or hindering you.
-
The key non-negotiable activities you need to be doing to stay sane and be at your best for yourself and those around you - and how you build time for them.
